Signups for each world open on the 1st of the previous month and close on the last day of that month.

Example:
Sign up between June 1st–June 30th to receive July’s mail.

Mail ships during the second week of their release month.

Envelopes typically ship in the 2nd week of their release month. Exact shipping windows may vary depending on production timelines and the complexity of each world.

All envelopes are shipped untracked snail mail via USPS. Please allow up to 14 business days for it to arrive after it's been sent out.

Yes! You can manage your subscription through your customer account, including skipping upcoming renewals.

You can cancel anytime through your customer portal before your next renewal date.

Due to the limited and handmade nature of the mail club, refunds and returns are not available after a renewal payment has processed unless there is an issue with your order.

Into Strange Worlds is created for adults and older teens who enjoy gothic fantasy, dark aesthetics, folklore, atmospheric storytelling, and immersive worldbuilding.

Both the visuals and written material may explore eerie, melancholic, unsettling, romantic, or emotionally intense themes depending on the month’s world.

Any months containing sexually graphic material or heavier content themes will be clearly noted in advance so subscribers can decide whether they’d like to skip that month.

My items are made to order and available to purchase as limited-time preorders.

Once the preorder window closes, production begins and orders are made specifically for those who purchased during the release period.

Since items are created after the preorder period ends, shipping may take longer than standard ready-to-ship products.
